Okay so it's the Mall so it's always crowded. But this spot was a blessing in surprised It's an Asian burger joint. I had the Hmong Pepper Buger and it didn't disappoint. It's was on point and it had bacon. The service was a little slow but for a good burger, I'll wait. I recommend and will be back.. buy local ya'll...

The husband and my first time eating here. Food tasted as great as it looked. I loved that the buns were butter and toasted to perfection. I know beef burger patties are usually still pink on the inside, but I like my meat well-done (even with steak). I had the Woww Burger and the husband had the Bang Bang Burger. He said the Hmong pepper was over powering all the other flavors with his burger. We both agreed that we'd come back for more. He said he'd order the same one again and just request for no Hmong pepper in it. I do have to say, I was impressed with the chicken patty inside the Bang Bang Burger. Chicken is usually dry at some places; but this one was so juicy and soft and delicious! Fries were great too with the seasoning! Free refills on drinks too! I love it when places offer free refills. Can't wait to try out the melts and quick bites next time! So glad we had a great experience with Blueprint Burgers.
Burgers were on point! We ordered the Hmong Pepper burger meal, K Town burger meal, and K Town fries. Loved the hmong pepper touch to the Hmong pepper burger and loved the bulgogi in the k town burger! Oh WOW! So, so good! We drove all the way to Maplewood just to come try this famous Hmong pepper burger out and it did not disappoint. The K Town burger was great too! The bulgogi and kimchi along with the beef patty was yum! All freshly made! We both appreciate and love their choice of burger bun as well. The bun is just as important. And might I add, it's hard to please my husband and for him to be satisfied with the food is a great PLUS! Absolutely recommend this place! Will be coming back for sure! Finally a place to come to without wishing I brought pepper to eat with. The staff was excellent! Service was super friendly and prompt! Meet our chef in the picture below! He did a great job at cooking our burgers and fries!
Great burger, the beef was 10/10. You can actually see them cooking the burgers to order as well which is nice. It took maybe 5 minutes and was 17 for the wowww burger combo. Honestly one of the best burgers I had
K town burger and k town fries are definitely a 10/10. Their kimchi tastes like Mom made Korean Kimchi. Definitely needs to be more busy, they deserve it! Five stars for this cosmic culinary adventure! Will come back again.
Burger was so damn good, the fried were perfect and Crunchy and the sauce is unbelievable. The girl working the register did a great job and they are all super friendly, PAY THEM MORE!! They deserve wayyy more than 11 an hour. Great food, hard working team, These kids deserve more
Hidden gem in the Maplewood mall! The woman at the register was delightful and made great suggestions for our tastes. We split the K Town burger and the spicy Hmong pepper burger with fries. Both were incredible! The chef uses a great blend of spices and perfectly cooked the burgers. The fries were also so good that they didn't need ketchup. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking above average quality at a fair price!
